Paul is joined by NFL Scotland team members Ian Steven and Jamie Borthwick to preview the NFC East, then catches up with Cameron for his thoughts on how things willl play out in what is usually one of the closest divisions in the NFL.
We start with the Eagles as Ian discusses the challenges, but some of the big positives ahead of the 2020 season. Jamie is next to share his thoughts on why the Giants can make progress this season as he expects at .500 year in New York. We look at the Cowboys and ask how will they get on under a new HC and with Dak on a tag. And we finish up with the Washington Football Team, trying to find some positives in a period of transition.

We start with the Dolphins, asking how many wins the Phins need to win for this to be a season of progress, with Nat enjoying an unusual experience of genuine optimism as a Miami fan. We ask if Cam is the man for New England as none of us are quite able to move on from anticipating another season of Patriot success... The NFL is on it's way back and the NFL Scotland Podcast kicks off season 3 as Paul & Cameron are joined by ESPN's Mark Donaldson.
Coming on the call wearing a Dolphins cap, it felt the right place to start was in Miami as we discuss his thoughts on one of the potential starts of the future. We then keep the focus on QBs as we talk about Cam's move to New England and Patrick's mega contract!

Cameron catches up with American based Scottish commentator Derek Rae, as he finds about Derek's career in broadcasting, one which has seem him have the amazing opportunity to provide NFL commentary for Amazon's coverage of TNF.
Cameron talks to Derek about where it began for him, what he enjoys most about the NFL and discusses the differences in doing an NFL game vs a football game here in Europe.
Paul and Cameron then also discuss the schedule, pulling out some of the highlights from the first few weeks and the prime time games over the season. We're under 100 days now from the start of the NFL season and it feels very exciting to be able to start looking ahead to it being back on our screens soon!

Having taken over from Don Edmonston, year one hasn't quite gone to plan for Martin as the British American Football season for 2020 has been cancelled due to the ongoing Covid-19 virus and the impact it is having on us all.
We chat with Martin about how this has impacted his plans including positives and negatives of having a year off. We also talk about how the Wolves are looking to continue to recruit, build relationships with the local Uni teams and how the team can grow off the park too.

We've made it to a major milestones for the NFL Scotland podcast, so the whole team got together to share some of their personal podcast and NFL highlights so far, including our favourite ever player and game. We also hear the highlights from a few of our listeners!
We also speak to a Scottish Claymore wide receiver Scott Couper on his 10 year career in NFL Europe. We chat about how the opportunity came around, what the biggest challenges were and what it was like play for with and against players who had been in the game for years. For many Scott was the face of the franchise for us here in Scotland and it's great to hear from him on our 100th show.
